The only one I can find that matches is this one which only has 64 up and 741 down. Which leads me to think this was maybe Photoshopped, or perhaps taken before YouTube automatically removed dislikes from bot accounts.
In any case, you do realize YouTube likes, Twitter followers, and political rallies do not accurately represent the popularity of a president or their platform? And that trolls and bots from other countries can "review bomb" anything?
