Yes... yes.. you can. To commit a hate crime, you have to commit a hate crime. It's not a crime on disliking. It's called a crime and it is committed, hate and disliking don't make you be lead to commit crimes, but if it's you are committing a crime, then it's because it follows your actions, so if you do commit an action out of hate, then that's the crime that you will be charged with, who the fucking hell gave you the idea that you wouldn't be judged just for what you hate and dislike because you were being charged with a crime? If I pulled out a gun and shot your dog in the head, does that make me a bad person and can I not be judged for it because I just hated you and your dog, the point is, it doesn't have to make me a bad person because I was judged for it, but, I still can be because I am being judged for what I did, because I committed a crime. You don't decide these things, the government decides who is guilty or people do, you don't get to just make your own interpretation of the law, it has nothing to do with hate or disliking, no one gives a shit that you wouldn't believe in the idea that you can be judged no matter what you do despite you not accepting that if you did something that is exactly what is going to happen, as soon as someone pulls your card, it's not going to matter what you did or whether you did anything good or bad to be judged, if it happens, that's it, you will be judged, because that's the law.

Normal crimes, do have a motive, you get judged in your actions not your motives, but hate crimes aren't like that, when you commit a hate crime, not if, then what makes you guilty of being judged is your admission to guilt, when you dislike someone or something you just don't care for it, but when you hate someone or something, you try to avoid it at all costs. What it doesn't make you do however, is drive a taco truck through a Mexican sweet 16 party because it just happened to be filled with Mexicans. You're such so full of bs ight now that I can't even look you in the eyes.
