On the outset, I would submit that there’s no the least bit of evidence to show that Diversity of Human Resources produces strength in any endeavor. IT IS A LIE! Instead, quite the opposite is more likely to be true?

Diversity of Merit does benefit the non-productive at the expense of the productive in a Socialist collective environment – that’s what Socialism is after all!

Hillary’s campaign slogan: “We Are Stronger Together” (that was how she worded it, wasn’t it?) is the same as saying: “From those according to their ability, to those according to their need.” ~ Karl Marx.

Real Diversity can only be attained by Individual Merit (ability) because each Individual is the ultimate minority, Intersectionally or any other way – each with their own Individual lived experience to contribute. Bigotry begins at the Grouping of two or more Individual forming an Identity.

Does being Woke confer holy right to judge others upon someone – amazing? Socialist Identity Politics has resulted in murder & genocide over & over every-time anywhere its came int power throughout history. Are we supposed to believe that ALL those other times wasn’t Real Socialism – sound familiar?

DIE (Diversity, Inclusion, Equity) appropriately spells die ( death) – as pointed out by Professor Jordan Peterson.

But if you are truly Woke, shouldn’t this Woke Diversity be representative of the demographic from whence it comes or resides & include the ditch diggers to corporate management & enveloping ALL team sports WITHOUT REGARD TO MERIT? Or is there a HALF-WOKE we’ve not been made aware of?

Also, how is this Woke Decolonization done to places that either have already long since been decolonized, or never colonized at all?

OR IS IT THAT WOKE IS AN AXIOM FOR ANGLOPHOBIA?

I think the salient point here is that when you view everything through the lens of racism, everything becomes racist.

Carl points out that he, as a white person, has been on the receiving end of the same, "why are you here?" questions these non-white people received. I know I have. People are curious, particularly in places where it's pretty uncommon to come and set up shop. But whereas Carl looks at it as people being naturally curious and cautious about strangers, the non-white people view it as an expression of racism, as if they're being challenged that they "don't belong here" because of their skin color.

And that's key: when EVERYTHING can be called racist - through various mental gymnastics - then what is racism anymore? We're told any disparities in outcome between whites and non-whites are a symptom of racism, irrespective of the actual details that led to those outcomes. We're told that the very concepts of merit and work ethic are racist, as if to imply that white people are the only culture on the planet that works hard with the aim to improve their lot in life. It's all lies.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again until they take away my voice permanently: this is nothing more than the class warfare argument of Marxism with the names changed to reflect so-called "race warfare," instead.
