You would first have to be a member of the human race to qualify for excommunication from it. Gates is a prime example of Creepy Alien in human form.

If he got the mRNA inoculatiojab redefining rewriting his/its DNA. it/she-it may not be human at all to begin with....plays with cool action figures in his doomsday scenario game....his pandemic firefighters are just peeing through their respective thermometers though

Your God has just blessed the nations through Abraham's Seed as He had promised, right under the rabbis' noses (no disrespect meant). Be among the third.
If he was so concerned about world population he shouldn't have procreated three times. It's not that he's opposed to all humans, just certain classes of humans. I read reports about this a couple of days ago and am still seething. He is a true eugenicist.
