21.11.15.2000M EMPATHY IS THE LEADERSHIP QUALITY MOST OVERLOOKED BY FEMINISM?
How can a woman both have and display empathy appropriately for leadership when all she knows is feminist false gender rivalry? For that matter, why does feminism rely on Marxist rivalry to motivate women to compete with men?
A little known secret is that men only put up a pretense of competing with women to make them (women) happy. I could’ve said they do it for another reason, but I’m trying to stay family friendly.
The most powerful men I’ve come across had empathy as a quality that both stood out and motivated at the same time.
Oh, and size has nothing at all to do with power – real power that is! Its been my notice that women, especial new women, walk around with chips on their shoulders ever in search of the misogyny monster. I’m not saying that misogyny doesn’t or can’t exist – I’m saying that normal people don’t want to deal with windmills – they’re just not getting paid enough for it.
I’d like to point out that being frail weak and/or small has never been an excuse exempting men from combat. Women deserve not exemption either. Correct me if wrong, but the brits used to term experienced soldiers as having been bloodied. Putting all female units on the front lines of combat seems a good way to eliminate the unqualified with the rest ready for a more competent unit next time. In no way should units be integrated with female soldiers. Men have a psychological defect when it comes to protecting women that would p[rove detrimental to any mission undertaken. It seem really ignorant to teach boys that “There’s never a reason to hit a girl” then put women in front line combat positions – it’s antithetical to say the least.
A few years back, seven sailors lost their lives because the woman in command didn’t trust the information she was getting from CIC (Combat Information Center) of the ship – BY HER OWN TESTIMONY! After filling these women full of gender studies feminist misandry – what do you expect of them? Instead it’s easier to blame the male Captain as if he’s supposed camp out on the bridge 24/7? Hate filled feminist theory does nothing to instill EMPATHY advantageous for command. When the Good Cop/Bad Cop routine is exhausted the EMPATHETIC quality of command is essential – which women are made incapable of by feminism.
