Here in Free Florida, our Governor took a ton of flack for saying the parents have the right to determine how their children will be raised and what “education” they will (or will not) have forced down their throat. CRT is not welcome here. Masks and vaccines are a matter of choice here. Free Florida has government of the people by the people and FOR the people. Government works for us, not against us.

I’m very heartened by Florida and it’s governor and how he has stood up to the lying establishment power structure.

Even though parents have to pay school taxes to cover their children’s education, they are better off shelling out the additional money to purchase the curriculums, books, etc,, and investing the time and effort to teach their own children. Nobody knows or cares as much about your children as you. Nobody will do as much to ensure your child gets a good education as you will.
When we saw the assigned schools in our area weren’t teaching our children anything except how to stop enjoying learning and they didn’t want our help in any way at all, we decided to research curricula so we could pull them out after Christmas break and homeschool them. Soooo glad we did. Even though they were getting straight ‘A’sin public school, they we had to start the year over as they were learning nonsense (like Mayan math using dots and lines, instead of actual math using numbers).
We had them take the ITBS (national exams) to see how they were doing after teaching the year’s curriculum in 5 months. They were in the high 90s percentile in all subjects. On top of that I was teaching them basics of several foreign languages. Learning was fun again and they were happy again. We continued homeschooling them until high school when we enrolled them in the schools most advanced programs that would have them working toward their post secondary education degrees. My oldest daughter married a young man who was homeschooled until college. He and 8 of his siblings were able to not only get a good education at home, but they had a leg up and some were well along the way to a bachelors degree before they were 18.
Homeschooling is a great idea for most people who love their kids. Single parents may have a hard time managing their already almost impossible job, but 2 parent homes, should consider making sacrifices to make this great investment in their most precious part of their lives.
