Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Hate Crime Hoaxes, hereafter to be referred to as "pulling a Juicy™", are the predictable result of purposefully tipping the scales of justice... which are supposed to be blind by the way... toward "special classes" of people who deserve just a little more equality than everybody else. This is accomplished through identity-targeted legislation; an explicit and almost-comically blatant violation of the entire notion of "equal protection of the laws", promised (to Americans) with a wink-and-a-nod in Section 1 of the 14th Amendment to our Constitution.
In America, the Government has been chartered with the authority and the responsibility to constrain your ACTIONS (through due-process ONLY)... when such actions would violate someone else's rights.
It has NO charter, nor does it have the ability, to monitor or address your motivations... that's just creepy, and dangerous.
If you assaulted somebody... you are guilty of assault. WHY you assaulted them is entirely irrelevant. The idea, that if you just did it because you're an asshole, then that is "more socially-acceptable" assault... is simply ludicrous. Assault is assault. You have every right in the world to be a bigot or an asshole, or to think whatever you want about me or anybody else; you just don't have a right to ACT on such opinions in a way that would violate my right "not to be assaulted"... of which I have no more, and NO LESS than anybody else.
Equal protection under the Law.
Crying Wolf like this (or... pulling a Juicy™ ), is incentivized by such pandering and unconstitutional "Hate Crime" legislation.
And it does nothing but harm; both to the society at-large by fabricating & amplifying fear and division, and ironically to the very people that we are pretending to look out for in the first place... by undermining and discrediting their calls for help, when those calls are REAL.
