not really sure where to ask advice or voice my thoughts on this without being judged harshly but had someone open up about being absent and neglectful in their responsibilities due to depression and being suicidal and i get it and my heart def goes out for him. ive been there. thankfully never that severe. idk ive just never understood especially in this day and age with how much help there is and how little stigma there is people try to go through it alone. had he opened up to his team instead of leaving us to run things alone i wouldn’t feel guilty about bad mouthing him in his absence and leaving us to run things without him during ou busiet time of the year.

Suicidal thoughts usually are caused by a chemical imbalance. A normal life is possible right now by seeking a psychiatrist, who will provide the medication needed to regain balance. There is no reason to suffer needlessly.
