What this woman should have done was to bring in a tape player and just start blaring the music her son is listening to. I would be willing to bet if they have any black kids in that school they are lying when they say they will not tolerate words like this being used on school grounds, their zero tolerance will only target a certain racial group. But beyond that let's consider the censorship these kids are being taught to tolerate and obey. Teaching them to a WORD so much they can not even spell it but are only allowed to refer to it as "the N word".
This has nothing to do with tolerance. It's all about intolerance, intolerance of personal freedom. When I was a kid people were cheering because some cast member on the original SNL crew was allowed to say the bitch on air wihtout being censored. Now everyone is cheering for censorship. Growing up I was having to learn about the civil rights movement, how it was wrong for anyone to be denied anything based on skin color. Now days they celebrate separation by skin color, they encourage this kind of racist policy.
