I had a guy come into my place of employment and act like these women!!!!
My supervisor had this look of "what do I do now", I stepped in and simply pointed out the the "customer" could leave at anytime!!!!!!!
I surprised the "customer" and my supervisor!!!!!! But the "customer" huffed and left, with no further comment!!!!!!
Simple solution to this type of encounter!!!!!!!

You should have coughed on them before they left.
Many Karen types totally lack courage, of any sort. That is one reason why they have "stepped up" in this plandemic and asserted themselves -- an opportunity to harass and bully others with seeming immunity (no irony intended).
Telling them to piss off has much the same effect.
