Speech is free. Always. Words are not violence. Don't borrow from commie-trash playbook and go that way.
He/it/she can advocate child abuse as much as they want. But, WE have no obligation to pay for it (or listen). Get him off state payroll. He can say what he wants, but not on public dime.
Now, if he touches any child -- public hanging. No mercy. No rehabilitation. No drug treatment. Nope.
Likewise, if he proffers kiddie porn, track down the Aholes who produced it and have a group hanging. Offering it up as...... "entertainment" is speech, sorta. But, someone got a kid involved and that is child abuse. Hang them.
@Rick-A Of course sex with a minor is a crime -- that's the touching bit. The "advocating" is illegal only in some jurisdictions BTWay. Threatening is assault in almost all jurisdictions. Ditto on coerce, also assault. You seem to be conflating things. That is a popular liberal/commie trash tactic. I urge you to draw back a bit since I doubt you swing that way.
As to "imply", sounds like free speech.
The basis, the reason for free speech protection is to protect what others don't want to hear. Limitations on free speech are extremely rare, and hardly ever justifiable.
If you don't want to hear offensive speech, walk away. Turn the dial. Let the looney toon rant on to an empty auditorium. But, never shout him down or have him cancelled.
This TWOT should, as I said, be fired. There goes his ability to teach. If he goes out to the public sidewalk and continues to talk, walk away.
As to actual peado, my recommendation is hanging. Kill the bastid. Like in the piccie, if necessary.
