In terms of reserves. If you meant financially. FED (Federal Reserve Bank, which is NOT Federal, has no Reserves, and is NOT a Bank.) is running out of ink, sort to speak. With the sanctions against Russia, Biden administration I hear has not consulted with the FED and they haven't consulted with the gas and oil providers to replace Russian oil and gas.It really feels like they are improvising on the spot, trying to play with weak cards and Putin call their bluff. Now all of us will have to pay up.

Even Larry Fink, the CEO of BlackRock that controls the FED and by extension much of US and world governments, wrote in shareholders letter that age of globalization is over, because of what happened in Ukraine. That surly was not the plan, so it seems like Biden and Ursula are so utterly dumb and out of touch they screwed up everyone. Even their financiers. Now they have a giant mess to try to fix, but these lunatics have no reverse gear, so it seems that they are doubling down.

On the other hand they are trying to respond to the pressure from radicals to hire black women that are not biologists and open borders, and on third hand they are trying to appease the bloodthirsty neocons that want war with Russia and China. And than there are the technocratic ideologues with their green energy, build back worse plan.

Meanwhile the midterms are around the corner, everyone hats Brandon and inflation is out of control and only will get worse.

if they do have any reserves & contingency, I have a hard time seeing it, it seems that in attempt to appease various parties, Biden administration managed to accelerate the decline of the west. And whatever chaos theory existed, meaning some hoped to cause chaos and control what comes from it, that also seems to be failing, because this chaos is so uncontrollable, it will likely sweep away the Klaus Schwab types of the world when all is said and done.

If they think they can control unrestricted immigration, uncontrollable inflation, rise of alliance between China and Russia with possibly India and other countries, possible civil war or at very least civil chaos in EU and USA, and multitude of other problems, they are mistaken.

These guys were never wise to begin with, only clever, and they certainly bit far more than they can chew and swallow. That that is how it looks, and we are only getting started with the chaos. As inflation and energy and food problems and crime and migration skyrocket something will have to give. And looking at the current people in power, it seems like they really only had their utopian vision in mind with no plan B and they really though that they will be in control forever and everything will go according to their vision and they can do no wrong. Well, reality has other plans.

This thing with Russia, is only one example how they really have no clue what they doing, its all ideologically driven and completely detached from reality .And that can only take them so far. Sooner or alter, reality will come knocking on the door, with interests and two big guys named Anthony and Francesco looking for payback. To use the metaphor of Mafia debt collectors. lol
