Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.There's no need to fear, ALL those banking institutions have provisos with the US Government under the umbrella ownership of BlackRock, got bailed out before 2008-2009 even though they were engaged in criminal activities & paid fines with the taxpayer monies. They engaged in manufacturing & manipulating the housing market and interest rates fluctuations and WROTE the textbook on predatory lending from their empirical perspective in action. The Federal Reserve is a privately held institution not a governmental agency.

Yes. Once the dollar is destroyed though, all the power will vanish over night. Once the easy mouse click money cannot support the appetites and methods of funds, like BlackRock its over. They are build on house of cards and as long as people buy into the FED as legit money creation institution this can go on. However now FED lost control. They cannot raise interest rates to kill inflation and they cannot let inflation run wild because it will kill the golden goose, dollars. Cought between the rock and hard place, they will increase inflation to supply fake money to politicians and keep the cronies in BlackRock and wall street still milking the system. This will debase the currency and once dollar is no longer world reserve currency and hyperinflation kicks in. Its over. It will suck for virtually everyone, but it has to happen.

Or as Mohamed El-Erian said best: “The Fed has no good scenarios left.”
