Democrats are not into missionaries. If there's a Republican community, Democrats don't send a polite missionary. They bomb it. Democrats are hate. They excommunicate.

Only one being in history who has the ability to transcend both realities. Theologians of all faiths acknowledge that it did happen, and most who have studied it have become dedicated to Christ. No other faith has such a Savior, so no other faith has access to eternal life through the doorway only Christ can provide.
As an engineer and a severe skeptic who has studied this extensively, and at one point realized it was true, it changed my life.
So missions that benefit eternal life are those which address the most important part of a person's well-being and safety. Missions that help on Earth are also important, but their effect will seem as the blink of an eye in eternity. Earthly good behavior is a good thing, but utterly without value for eternal salvation.
