If me and you come to an agreement, we make a contract. I rent this to you for 575 a month. Do you agree?

This is not a fictional agreement, moron!!
Now, lawyers do get involved and make violence a part of the contract by implied habituality, etc. Which if both parties agree then the lawyer has no power anyway. The power of the lawyer comes from disagreement between the parties.
The simple fact is it is the governments responsibility to enforce a contract made in agreement and this is not fictio juris as the lazy moron karl marx claims.
