A YouTube creator by the handle of ‘ShoeOnHead’ is basically a Men’s Rights advocate – of sorts? But in this instance, albeit by mistake I’m sure, she appears to be giving out MGTOW (Men Going Their Own Way) individualist philosophy to men?
For one thing she advises men to, not be relationship needy, but concentrate on their own personal well being instead – concentrate on improving their lives instead. The difference being that she probably meant self improvement for women when MGTOW philosophy is self improvement for yourself alone – forget about the woman? Go your own way as it were!
Personally, I have to disagree with Shoe about men and women just being friends, but that may just be my personal proclivity? Now, I do believe that men and women can be business associates, but then again that might just be my personal experience at work? Not to be leaving myself out, I had a woman once say the magic word ‘NO’ to me which means forever in my vocabulary – so it was? You might find it useful to just pretend some woman circumstance places you in close proximity to had said ‘NO’ whether she did or not? Fortunately or unfortunately women aren’t these bashful little cream puffs they’d like everyone to think they are – if so inclined they’ll definitely ask you out in some round about strange way, and I do mean strange? Then you can decline with some polite excuse the MGTOW way, or partake if it interests you – but DON’T commit to anything, period!
PS. The YouTube algorithm has set its sight on featuring to me all the old videos no one’s watching anymore?
