I trust Polly more than I trust Peterson. But that may be my own bias as I don't trust any authority or people with power. And since he signed up with DW he seems a bit different. Maybe it was something that was already there that's been amplified .
The only point Polly made that didn't seem too relevant was the Soviet art collection. I personally like the old propaganda art myself from all sides and nations (although I think the Nazis and Bolsheviks had the best, visually, and have prints of both), despite hating the ideology.
Either way, it just reinforces the idea of not following any particular ideology/entity/personality blindly, and to question everything and everyone. Crossbreed ideas so they don't end up Hapsburg jaw

He is an intellectual and every intellectual thinks it's his or her duty to save the world. They always know just how to do it to.

I like Peterson and I read his proposal. It sounds more like opposition to the misanthropy of the WEF than an actual plan. That said he is a liberal at heart, he likes public healthcare. If you are a conservative you may not trust Jordan too much. What makes him unique among liberals is his general humility. You can actually convince him he is wrong with the proper evidence. Don't get me wrong I don't think that Peterson is actually as humble as he things he is. That would be asking a bit much of an intellectual. Public intellectuals like artist have to believe in themselves just to do what they do. The whole point of being a public intellectual is to get people to listen to you.

Sounds like Polly is tilting at windmills. She seems to be focusing on the minor statements supporting bigger ideas and infusing the minor statements with some underlying intent. I'm not buying it.

For one thing, every industrialized nation got that way by individuals convincing someone to loan them money to build something. Enough people doing that and voila! Industry. Peterson supports that happening in Africa. So do I. That is about as far away from the WEF agenda as I can imagine. Polly's connecting bank funding African development as a smoking gun toward a WEF agenda is not reasonable.
