Note that there is a finders'/rat' reward for telling on someone who cheats on their taxes. I think it is 10%. Now, you might feel that is bad since ratting out someone else is not a'tall nice and this benefits the gov'mt. I'll give yah that. But, cheaters mean YOU have to pay more to compensate.
