This sounds like arguments some men made in the heat of the feminist movement and were aggressively attacked by feminists, hahaha. I do agree with most of it. It's just funny. SOMEBODY'S going to have to drop their weapons, and I think men should.

Men are at the beginning of their movement. Movements are generally driven by anger. BUT, to succeed AND to end the cycle of grievance, men must be forward thinking. Define your grievances and determine what you want. Then, think about and clearly illustrate what life will look like when you win. How will things be different? Then, plan how you will be post-victory? How do you blend back into everyday society and live in this great thing you just created.

The feminist movement didn't do this, and many feminists are now in full-on identity crisis. Black people didn't do this after MLK Jr. was killed, and many are in the same position as feminists. So many can't let go of the fight and enjoy their victory. They don't know how to stop fighting. They don't know how to live in a world that's not angry and punitive (luckily there are healthy women and healthy people of color that have started to step up and talk about these kinds of things). And, they ultimately move from 'oppressed' to oppressor, and that's not good at all. So, I hope men can learn from these movements. Know what you want, know what it will look like when you get it, PLAN how to orient yourself after you've won your cause. There has to be a post-cause you.

Right, right,right,,but for me, what scares me the most is"how kids are raised" and by who they are raised. I was on both sides of that,,i raised my 2 oldest daughters,and my partner raised our 3 one while being stay home mom,,, what a difference,,we desperately need women,, good women,, without them,no good men,, I'm lucky 20 yrs with the best woman,, welcome back Juliette

I divorced in the late 70's, because she shot at me when I objected to her taking my kids to her boyfriend's house on Christmas Eve while I was at work. Yes, we were still living together.
She had had several boy friends during the marriage, but this took the cake!
She got the house, the kids, child support, etc. I got my clothes.
So, the courts being pro women is not new.
I have not given up on women. In fact I have married twice more. Number two was killed in a car accident. I have been with number three for about 30 years.
There are some great women out there. The trouble at this time is "SEXUAL HARASSMENT" which is anything a man might do around a women, depending on how SHE see it.
I'm really glad I found a good one
