2305010800M CREDENTIALLING versus MASCULINITY?
One can’t help but notice that historically credentialling can only represent possible employee interest – which may or may not be an accurate representation. At best credentialling only represents conformity to being matriculated. It can’t possibly be an indicator of employment profitable to an employer. It could be an indicator that the applicant is likely malleable to training.
It’s not uncommon to see applicants subjected to rigorous memorization exercises intended to mentally mold them into the employee desired.
It’s amazing the number of great men in history that were only somewhat credentialled or even less.
The intent of this post isn’t to malign the glut of HIGH PRICED diploma mills we’re plagued with today. High priced Diploma mills loaded down with affirmative actions and quotas of one sort or another. Hurdles that handicap male education – or was that their purpose all along?
For the west to continue in the face of this credentialling craze something will have to be formulated for male inclusivity. You know,,, what that “I” stands for in this new DEI (Diversity Equity Inclusion) mantra that’s so all important today for some reason. Preferable something that doesn’t expose them to the rampant degeneracy facing today’s society.
Denying merit for the purpose of holding men back for any social engineering purpose(s) is not only UN-American -- it’s not exactly the smartest thing to do for the nation as a whole.
