@samtilley A charge of fraud and misleading is a slam dunk -- except I bet since every producer is controlled by the Feds they have immunity. Kinda like the immunity Pharm got for their vax.
I'd also bet that the purchase agreement (if not on paper referenced to their website) excludes anything related to mileage.
