I wonder what trauma is created by knowing that blacks kill whites at more than 10 times the rate that whites kill blacks, and blacks kill each other at 20 times the rate whites kill blacks.
But hey, it only affects black people psychologically.

I used to work with formerly incarcerated. Majority of them were black men almost all were “lifers” so they had committed murder. I noticed a lot said before prison they were angry and would basically go off very easily if they thought someone disrespected them. One of them in prison started a program to help them work on mindfulness and anger and help with rehabilitation when they are released. And many were able to reintegrate without offending again. I think this should be the focus of BLM. If we’re seeing the most deaths from black men killing black men then shouldn’t we focus first on why they’re killing each other and trying to fix that solution over the small percentage that are being killed by cops?

Thank you, it's the same problem with the black youth of London, with their 'colours' and 'turf wars', mostly over drugs, and yet the MSM is so overly sensitive about offending 'rights groups,' and 'community leaders', that it, and the UK judiciary, will not identify the problem as being cultural.
Young black men are dying, almost daily, for the sake of diversity, and 'tolerance'.
@AdrianRainbow yeah I think we need prisons to have more programs for rehabilitation that focus on why they’re in prison. And then black men that successfully re integrated into society should be advocates for other black men and try to help them get out of that situation. Solutions need to focus on empowerment over victimhood.
Remember that Obama fanned the cultural hatreds behind "racism." Lets not descend to that level. There are no races among humans. The human genome has been known for decades and has proved it. Those who want to say there is racism are actually the racists, and wish to stir division among us based on hatred and fear. Don't let them. Feel free to ridicule them as culturally ignorant.
