I will quit before I get a vaccine (if they make it mandatory, which they most likely will in Australia), and I know other's I work with will too

Having three nurses in my immediate family gives me some insight into the “Why?” Posed here...
The medical community is a very “top down” organization that not so long ago saw doctors treated as gods and where their opinions were not without great risk to be questioned. The med community is not debatable except in the most extreme circumstances.
Thankfully there are those who do look at the larger picture to determine if the treatments and policies are causing more harm than good.
