At the time the diary excerpts had been exposed (just before the election), there was also mention that she had a string of arrests, all pushed under the carpet, and that in fact she not only had a serious drug problem but she also was a sex addict. Gee, who else do we know has a similar set of problems.
Dice explained the raids but did not really say who has the diary. Does National File have it?

@Krunoslav I had to listen to it twice to find the only possible reference to actual possession. There appeared to be no further reference to possession.
The FBI keeps showing itself to be less about laws and more as an agent of the left.
