French Riot Police unleash war on protestors - Mar 15, 2023 - Today marks the sixth day of nationwide strikes since mid-January, and could surpass the largest protests so far, with more than 1.27 million gathering on January 31.
Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin said some 11,000 police were mobilised across the country, including some 5000 in Paris alone.

Yeah. The whole pensions system is in deep trouble. No one can afford it anymore. The old generations that are now retiring did not have as many children and someone needs to support them, but they also largely allowed countries to go in debt and gamble away the pension money. France is not the only country trying to squeeze the working class more and more.
