Men GENERALLY if given the option, of being a woman, will tell you they’d be a lesbian. I don’t think that’s to say that they’re somehow homosexual, but rather that they’re simply men to the core.

Personally I can’t picture a situation which warranted this so called gender affirming procedure(s). But then I’ve no experience with this thing called “gender dysphoria” either.

The bottom line is however, that there really isn’t any true transitioning possible. What’s really happening is a catering to the delusions of mentally ill people.

At any rate, just for common knowledge, the first so called transition was by a trans-woman tennis player back in the early 1950s by the name of Christine Jorganson –if I’ve gotten my spelling right.

So all these controversies have been out in the public for a very long time – nothing new to see here.

Men have never had a better existence than women no matter how weepy-whinny they (women) get.

One of my nurses had a daughter transitioning to a man – if it can honestly be called that? At-any-rate it’s a good thing she (my nurse) never brought her daughter to work – at least for my sake. You see, I’m one of those strange people that’ll blurt out what I think about a thing regardless of its political connotations. And I’m more than sure that I’d have had some choice observations to share with that girl – as it’s hard to imagine a worse idea than mutilating your body, male or female..

Mary Shelley, begrudgingly, knew that the essence of a man is the ability to act as a conduit of life itself. That’s why she substituted electricity for the life force in her “Frankenstein's Monster”-- OUT OF PURE MISANDRY even in those days long ago.

That is fact the point. In 99.5% of the cases, people are gender congruent - their biological, physical sex and their gender match. But when they don't, when they are incongruent, you end up with gender dsyphoria - a serious condition that compromises health. With VERY few exceptions, medical transition is the appropriate treatment because we can not change the structure of the brain.

As you suggest, it has been around a long time, but Christine Jorgenson was not a tennis player! In the past, extensive therapy was required before medical transition. That was the case for me in the late 80s and early 90s. It SHOULD be the case now, but the medical community has 1) abdicated it's responsibilities, 2) money has become a substitute. Caitlin Jenner was a strong cause, as was the media.

Because YOU can't understand something, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Even if offends some aspect of your beliefs.
