2307240800M FIGHT THE FRIGHT – NO WHERE TO RUN TO!
In days long gone by, in a universe far far away, young men would commonly treat their girl to a drive-in movie designed to frighten a kiss out of her. And this was called normal dating by healthy youngsters. Fright entertainment was a prerequisite for a good date as girls loved the excitement.
Although there’s still the occasional fright movie to be seen, they’re becoming more and more rare. The typical fright movies being replaced by fright documentaries with feminist lectures about how toxic masculinity is.
The scary monster are fading away replaced by fright documentaries detailing how vulnerable humanity actually is on this blue marble hurtling through space at 67K miles per hour (as I recall) without benefit of even a steering mechanism.
Combine all that’s mentioned above with a myriad of other catastrophes just waiting to happen day and night 24/7 --- but not a kiss to be extorted. No wonder the human race is dying away by not replacing itself.
It’s just because of all the uncertainty that you should live every day as though it will be your last.
