It was 4 day event held by the Democratic Socialists of America. All videos have been removed for viewing, but I will be doing some further research, especially because of they have.
Oh Joy - 1hr 18 mins of just what you would expect, even Commrade Chair, seemed underwhelmed by the whole thing.! A few observations; Its all so secret service, but gleaned some possible info, or clues to what they're up to.
The attendees were consistent in announcing their preferred gender pronouns, this was Georgia USA? And spent quite some time talking about CB 26, an amendment to the Constitution! CB 26 was compared to Bill C16, sent to NDP (New Democratic Party?) for handling. How long it would take to pass? - response up to 2 years? Some weren't happy about that, but Commrade Chair assured them, [Quote: "a constitutional amendment would not be necessary for it to pass." ] My guess is CB26 is very similar to Canada's C16 - what with all preferred gender pronoun dropping.
3 names cropped up that might sound familiar, they did me - Halsy Hazard and Jane Slaughter of Trouble Makers Assoc and closing speaker Kamal Khalid.
One more tidbit, Resolution #9 was brought up for a motion to reconsider - to establishing a working anti-facist group. Must have failed to pass muster on one of the prior days...and failed again.
A couple of hissing fits, lisps and a couple of calls for revolution to overthrow of the political and corporate establishment, meh!
The best news was there are only 60,000 of these 'nutbags' nationally and more than a few were obviously not big fans of anti-fa. Think there was a mix of old school unionists, alphabet community and some antifa, quasi wannabe, ,communist revolutionary types. Anyway, thats my understanding of what was going on, should anyone care, lol

Dude... no need to spin a conspiracy theory. What you are witnessing in this video has nothing to do with the US Constitution or Canada's New Democratic Party. Moreover, the antifascist working group discussed has nothing to do with "antifa" as popularly understood.
It is a biennial national convention of delegates for the DSA organization, organized as a parliamentary body using Robert's Rules, and held this year in Georgia. It's similar to the Democratic National Convention or the Republican National Convention, only they're not voting on any candidates for office. Instead, they're voting on their NPC (like a board of directors) and rules changes for the organization. CB 26 had to do with how regional efforts are organized. The gender language stuff was just a parliamentary nicety that they requested so that everyone would feel welcome.
Exciting stuff, huh! Democracy is messy and tedious. Even with the considerations made by the chairs, there were lots of procedural motions that gummed up the works and resolutions left undiscussed at the end of the weekend.
As you kind of gathered, DSA is a big tent, but almost entirely reformist (as opposed to revolutionary) leftist organization.
