Senator Mitt Romney (R-Utah) had just announced that he would vote to convict and remove President Donald Trump. Once again, He revealed himself to be such a poseur and a disingenuous Fool, a Democrat for all practical intent and purposes, and a small, petty man who has not yet recovered from the thrashing Trump gave him.
*In my estimation, Romney's stated intent was sour grapes and vindictive, since his reasoning and logic sounded precisely like something straight from the Democratic Party talking points and the Democratic House Impeachment "Manager's" own Foul Mouths.
Look, I'm pretty angry at Trump over the USMCA -- something I see as REAL TREASON and an Impeachable offense --- but then So Too did 437 other men and women of Congress commit Treason with their votes. That's not in question at the moment, nor will it probably ever be, until people get angry enough to at least just repeal it.
HOWEVER, President Trump was impeached in the House as a GAMBIT and based on ABSOLUTELY NO WRONGDOING. If anybody is guilty of Impeachable Offenses, IT IS Representative ADAM SCHIFF, who needs to be charged with numerous felonies, eventually, AND THROWN UNDER A PRISON.
To see any Republican side with the Democrats on this issue is Disgusting and Reprehensible and Romney has shown himself once again to be an ignorant, low-brow, self-serving, feckless and gutless turncoat, despite all his use of "high-minded" oratory and his theatrical skills to justify his action.
How anyone could ever vote for such a man believing him to be remotely "conservative" is beyond me. But then too are the votes that elect the likes of Schiff and Pelosi.
**Their impeachment process was founded in illegality and illegitimacy and without any due process, and as such, any Senator with a modicum of intellect, decency and honor had the duty and the obligation to the Constitution, the process and America to immediately exonerate President Trump and vote to acquit on the manufactured impeachment charges, and end this charade.
Whatever my personal feelings are about Trump, if, by some fluke, enough of the twenty some odd [27? so] RINOs had crossed party lines to convict and remove President Trump, I must say for the record, it would have been a time for the righteous Americans to take arms and prevent this Illegal and Illegitimate action.
President Trump cannot legitimately be removed from office under any such set of circumstances.

Thank you for providing those documents. I wish I had looked at them in reverse order as the order in which you listed them presented the same issues they complained of. Specifically, obfuscation.
I looked for specific complaints and the evidence of the problems in the linked documents. There were a few to research, so I spent the time and followed the bread crumbs. I was able to follow the logic of the argument; however, I could see the conclusions were not foregone. (i.e. they were not the only conclusions to which a reasonable person could come).
I do agree with the problematic verbiage of the document. It reminds me of many legal business documents I had to review. I usually spent weeks (or more) reviewing them with many discussions with colleagues to get a better picture of the issues. I am no longer in a position that justifies devoting that many resources (or my time/effort) to do that.
It will certainly be something to keep an eye on and you have given us a link to the actual document. So, Thank you.
