I filmed this Sunday afternoon driving east on I-70 from the Colorado ski areas, on a day where it normally would have been bumper to bumper. Colorado has achieved spectacular carbon emission reduction, by laying off only half of the workforce.

For compliance to a totally unproven set of climate models. When Physicists around the world announced in 2007 and repeated in 2015 that the contribution of humans to global warming can't yet be determined, I remain skeptical that a politician somehow knows the consequences of the unknowable.
