If I am understand this right; If you are an unbiased public platform you are exempt from liability. He just removed that exemption. They are undoubtedly showing bias.. I may be wrong.
Enforcing an existing law is not communism however censoring a President is. The true communistic platform here is Twitter and their obvious propaganda.By the way the President stopped no one's free speech Twitter is trying to stop his. Using the word communism in this country is moronic.
