The first thing I would like to say about this story is how sad it is people are so ignorant of history. Especially when they do all this yammering about how much they "know". All this talk about how the hangman's noose is nothing but a remnant of the hated past where blacks were hung. As if no white folks had neck tie parties in their honor. You would think people who know so much about what hangman's noose allegedly means to black people that they would also know just what a hangman's noose looks like. This reminds me of the Smollette debacle. The news first reported the attackers hung a noose around his neck, but once photos were shown it was obvious some morons tried opening a new bunch of nylon clothesline and got that all tangled up. I guess this plays into the idea of believing in what is right, not in facts.
Any way, personally I do not believe the official story myself. If this "noose" had been hanging there since last fall most certainly some panicky nutjob would have already freaked out about it. Nor do I believe, as was suggested in the article, that some crazy white neo nazis went into this park and hung the "noose". The park is in Harlem. One or two white guys doing this would be pretty damned obvious. I think the investigation actually showed it was a bunch of idiot black teens who did this. Being ignorant of history that was the best simulation of a hangman's noose they could create. Maybe they were hoping some ritoing would break out in their neighborhood and they would get a chance to ransack some local business, or use the riot as a cover to exact some revenge on opposing gang members.
Over the past ten years fake hate crimes has been a big thing. So many instances of alleged hate crimes turn out to be the person crying victimhood was actually the person who committed the nefarious act.

There has actually been 3 black males here in the US that have been hung very recently. I had the links on another post. 2 in California, and 1 in New York I think. I certainly hope these are not hate crimes, but I am not seeing much coverage of it.

There is the possibility of suicide. Is there evidence that their hands were tied? Who’s to say it wasn’t another case of Smollett syndrome?
If someone thought those incidents were a)true, and b) hate crimes, trust me....we'd be hearing about it. The media loves that stuff.
I am not seeing alot of details, I think the first was intially called a suicide but not that others have turned up they are questioning it.
