You would need to set it up, that's why I'm suggesting it. I am a Mexico-residing Mexican, and we aren't allowed to do crowdfunding. I would have set it up myself otherwise 
I really believe that could be done. Especially with donations from across the globe. And if done by let's say, October, it would help so much to his campaign. Especially because it would be proof that people from other countries support him, as opposed to hating him as the lamestream media's narrative suggests.
