Seriously though, they can throw numbers at me all they want. At the end of the day I live in a world where we had a Black President, we have a multitude of Black (Republican, Democrat, and Libertarian) government representatives, Black celebrites (so many that we've have entirely Black casts in television and movies as well as castings of traditionally white roles with POC), Athletes, Professors, Doctors, Officers, Military, and every single profession. There is zero lawful discrimination of POC.
2020 has left a pretty sour taste in my mouth for celebrities. Not all. But, a few stand out. First I got to hear a god awful "imagine" video of celebrites social distancing in their million dollar mansions. (Ellen went so far as to comparing it to prison) Then came the super sad and cringey "I take responsibility". Snoops "Coon Bunch". Cannons "A little less". And now Oprahs "oppressed". Do they even realize how ridiculous they look and sound inserting themselves into issues they couldn't possibly be as affected by as the rest of us. Depending on their background, they can sympathize. But, with their current status they are far removed from it.

For someone who is in legal trouble for a culture of sexual harassment at HARPO she's talking mighty big about privilege. She has so much privilege that she won't go to jail for it or pay out a penny.
In 2008 I would have agreed there was white privilege. There was...in my opinion.
Now I don't think that's the case. Police brutality isn't a race issue. It's a power issue.
