Goddammit, America. Stop donating 3 million USD to Mexico to help it survive the pandemia. It's all stolen by the governmental officials that manage to still get to some of it as it trickles down to us, but it never, ever for no reason and under no circumstance makes it all the way down to us. Jesus Christ.

It's in Spanish. May be nothing to you, but it would be incredibly amazing to us, if only we could actually get any of that, instead of politicians stealing it away like they always do. I wish there was other way to distribute it. We could really use any help.
By donating to a slave-owner you only make it stronger, which makes it harder for us, the slaves, to finally liberate ourselves... That's why I'd say it would be better to just not help us at all. Let the government die so maybe we could finally rebuild from the ashes in a civilized first-world worthy kind of way.
@A1fredo you are seeing reality, all in power are corrupt. Some more than others. A government found a land not needing a government, they killed everyone to keep power. A government corrupts other governments to keep power. People fight to replace a government, but replace it with more corruption. The worst sin of the ego is greed, leads to believing a false religion. But, what do you replace monies with?
Corrupt Mexican politics is problem for sure, the virus could care less about that. The CDC is not in the business of solving corruption inside of Mexico, there job is to deal with the heath crises at hand, that’s COVID.
@MilesPurdue Yes, but there are levels. When you live in a country where working every woke hour and still not being able to make enough to make ends meet in the cheapest possible way (housing, food, everything,) that certainly prevents social mobility because you can't save in order to invest. I would differentiate that as slavery, as opposed to other corrupt governments where they have certain-country's-dream and you can get out of poverty if you work hard enough. Just check these Wikipedia pages: very top of hours worked per month, very bottom of wages.
