For those of you who follow my comments on FB, Twitter, IDW, Parler or Wimkin, I am going to guarantee something that nobody else appears to recognize. Canada will become part of the United States under President Trump! The USA can not allow the UN and China to complete their takeover of the 2nd largest land mass in the world. Trillions of dollars in resources are at stake and US national security is at risk. The USA does not want a Communist nation on their northern border.
So those of you who have been supporting Canadian politicians in their destruction of Canada in your efforts to achieve your goal of mass migration through open borders, riots in the streets, destroying our police and military, ruining our economy, destroying our oil industry, raising taxes on top of taxes, big bloated socialist government and labeling everyone during one of your virtue signalling rants, are out of luck, you lose, we win. Patriots will prevail in THE UNITED STATES OF NORTH AMERICA, under President Trump. Freedom, prosperity and security for all. From dark to light, THE BEST IS YET TO COME!!!!!!!!!

The US is far too large to be accountable now. Larger is not better.
If minds like those who wrote the Constitution were able to influence our direction, we would make each of the 3000 plus counties into states, make the current states into nearly powerless provinces, and return the Federal government to mainly national defense and interstate commerce oversight, as originally ordained by the Constitution, and dissolve 99% of the vast unaccountable Federal bureaucracy, and transition all of that authority to the smaller, more accountable states, as it was in the colonial days.
Adding Canada to our struggling, out-of control, left-leaning government would spell the end of the US in years, not the current trajectory of our demise in decades.
It would be like an alcoholic adopting a non-working communist.

@jakuboj, No long term if the nation succumbs to socialism, which destroys production, the economy collapses regardless of resources, (Largest oil reserves in the World in the former Soviet Union could not save the USSR) while those in power reside in dachas formerly owned by those who earned them.
