20.11.01.0338Su THE FEMINIST DEMOCRATIC PARTY: Why isn’t Feminism recognized as a political party – I DON’T KNOW? Wasn’t the National Socialist Party recognized as a political party? When criminal laws are routinely written gender neutral in all civilized countries, including the United States of America, why is there legitimate purpose for the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)?
I thought the United States Constitution forbade enactment of any law that either preferenced or subordinated any group or class of people based on IMMUTABLE CHARACTERISTIC in addition to disability and religion? Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t a person’s gender an IMMUTABLE CHARACTERISTIC? Or is this push for gender obfuscation really a way of circumventing laws prohibiting discrimination based on IMMUTABLE CHARACTERISTICS? The last I looked the ultimate IMMUTABLE CHARACTERISTIC isn’t race – IT’S SEX! Sex is second only to age when it comes to IMMUTABLE CHARACTERISTICS.
Let me put it this way. What good are any laws protecting individual sovereignty if IMMUTABLE CHARACTERISTICS are deemed fluid & malleable under the law.
If your intention is to destroy the American social experiment & western civilization as a whole wouldn’t you undermine it with its own laws and customs?
