I see she announced new covid restrictions that oddly don't take effect until 11/11. One of the counties affected includes Portland. I wonder if the restriction on social gatherings applies to rioters. Oops...I mean protesters.

Well, what part of the Portland riots do you agree with? How many people will have to be hurt or killed before you clue into the fact these are not “peaceful protests”? How many buildings looted and burned, businesses destroyed, and lives of mainstream citizens ruined before the obvious to us begins to dawn upon you?
- Fearing escalating violence, Gov. Kate Brown activated the Oregon National Guard, who had been placed on standby for the election.
4+ months is a heck of a long time to "standby".
I'm curious if the anti Biden sentiment was the final straw. I suppose it makes the mobs more dangerous if they have an unfavorable political stance. It's ok to tear apart the streets as long as your cause is deemed "virtuous".
