We now have had the Office of the President Elect for almost a week now and the Covid cases in the US is spiking higher than ever before.
We know that the President is personally responsible for every covid infection, so is Biden going to be more responsible than Trump when the total case count under Biden eventually the exceed the case count under Trump?

He can’t impose a National mask mandates anymore than Trump could order Governors to end the lockdowns though, which is a good thing. Let the cases spike. Herd immunity is the only way out of this and the lockdowns only prolonged the inevitable. If we wait for a vaccination to open up this country fully again there will be no economy left to speak of at least as far as small businesses are concerned. What a shame, and all over a virus that is t that deadly.
