Really interesting interview. Family life has definitely changed since back then. In some respects, being able to digitally access news and information, can be looked at as good. On the other hand, like she said, communities were a lot closer back then. These days, I know more about what's happening in a different country, then I know about my own neighbors. It's a strange mix of being in touch and far removed.
