It may be a test run for things to come. I don't believe in conspiracies. I believe in evidence.
It's clear that Multinational corporations exist and that they have moved their production to workforces that operate for pennies on the dollar compared to workforces in the Western World. It's all about profit for them at all costs. And what if those costs can be reduced? Why ship? Export? Import? Bring the cheap labor to them! And if some die in the process their lives are unimportant, at least until they are naturalize closer to home where they will live stacked on top of each other. A work force that ends the costs of export and import in order to provide low cost labor.
As need for a large well paid workforce became obsolete, so has a large workforce of cheap labor. Surplus livestock! What's to be done with surplus livestock? Round them up, keep them docile and complacent. And remove them from the equation.
