Biden isn't the one with a secret Chinese bank account... that'd be your boy Trump. He also makes millions of dollars off of The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China leasing office space in his building, which he did not divest from (violating the emoluments clause). China loves Trump.
If his Chinese bank account is so "secret", how do you know about it? 
@WorldSigh because the New York Times was able to get a hold of his tax records, and saw that he had this account, which he hid from the public. Kind of like how we needed investigations to find out he used campaign funds to pay a porn star hush money.
