One thing the socialists carry on about when it comes to open carry laws is how something like will turn the country into some kind of old West culture, typically they call it "wild West".
All I can say to that is, "LET'S GOT FOR IT!!!".

@Serg97 I am going to post some stories Grandma told me about my grandfather. You may find them interesting. Most of his career he served as a Texas Ranger, but once they had kids he stepped out of the Ranger service and worked as a Sheriff, or deputy until he passed away. I sure wish I had a lot more of her stories than I do
Meanwhile, police forces all over the world are arming up with assault rifles. What's good for the goose is good for the gander, and until our civilian law enforcers surrender their guns, I support the right of responsible citizens to carry the same.

A lot of folks get offended when I post this because I used police as an example of why citizens have the right to own weapons, and should without any restrictions. But the truth is the point of placing the Second Amendment in the Constitution was to try making certain we the people have the same level of weaponry our government has because the most important aspect of being armed is to protect ourselves from our own government. Just taking a look around outside let's us know the founding fathers knew damn well what they were talking.

@angelo I have this long running joke that started when I was 17. I tell folks growing up in Texas I always wanted to be a cowboy. Then when I was 16 I did some real cowboying working for my uncle. I figured I had been lying to myself my whole life. Cowboying is too much like real work so I decided I would rather be a gunslinger.
