FBI vetting Guard troops in DC amid fears of insider attack

— U.S. defense officials say they are worried about an insider attack or other threat from service members involved in securing President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration, prompting the FBI to vet all of the 25,000 National Guard troops coming into Washington for the event.
The massive undertaking reflects the extraordinary security concerns that have gripped Washington following the deadly Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol by pro-Trump rioters. And it underscores fears that some of the very people assigned to protect the city over the next several days could present a threat to the incoming president and other VIPs in attendance."
Looks like the right wing terror threats aren't going to stop any time soon.
I'm sure you can say that it's all from Antifa / BLM or just screech about last summer endlessly?
Very strange to watch the tantrum from the right pull the country apart - I don't think the tantrums will stop any time soon.

@bastion I don't know, but we will see. They are not there because of an armed insurrection. The Conservatives are not out for blood, they hold on to truth, law and God to lead them. The left thinks the right will attack because that is what lefties believe. In this case their projections will finally reveal what demons they really are. I refer to the leadership and pions of the left, not all lefties because many people on the left are like children's minds when it comes to world cultures. They are good people, but niave and therefore a danger to themselves and others.
@Letemdangle as usuall, the left is going to attack and blame the right. In fact I would not put it past them, the left, to use the 20th as an opportunity to take out sleepy Joe and swear in Camel-a.
