Rachael Blackmore, a brilliant rider.
What I like about her is that she always talks about the horses she rides rather than about herself. For example, when she wins a race, she says something like "He (horse) made my job so easy." She is modest like that. Once, a reporter tried to get some feminist comments from her but she said that she was a jockey and gender didn't matter.
It's a good reminder that not all young people are susceptible to identity-politics indoctrination. Probably most of them aren't.

And I've seen them go from normal to activist and then get radicallised till they go pretty much full feminist jihadi. I'm seeing this start to happen to one of my best friends and can't do much about it (since "men aren't allowed to have opinions on women's issues" )... If anyone has any advice (particularly from a woman's point of view), please let me know.

I would like to believe that there are more young people who actually consider their futures seriously than we think, especially when the reality hits them, like becoming financially independent and having their own families, they learn to be pragmatic rather chasing ideology. I wish I could find some data to support my view and without any reference, I can't convince you that I'm right. Meanwhile, you may be under the impression that more and more young people are being indoctrinated, but without any data, you can't convince me that that is the case, or how widespread the radicalisation is. Plus, you're in Australia and I'm in England. So, unfortunately, we probably cannot establish a meaningful discussion.
Sorry to hear about your friend being brainwashed to be a current-wave (fifth?) feminist. I don't know under what circumstances she is to be attracted to the current feminism, so I can't comment or advise. In short, I'm useless. Lol I don't support the new-wave feminism. There were times when men had power over women but women caught up in terms of social, economic, and political equality. The current feminism is no longer about equality; it is about power and those feminists want power over men. (Perhaps you can point this out to your friend? I don't know...) I'm inclined to adopt a meritocratic approach where appropriate.
@Naomi there isn't data available to prove every little thing. Even when there is, people tend to argue over study sample numbers and, how the study was conducted, who is was conducted by etc... And even stats can be twisted and manipulated. My conclusions are from experience and observation. And I've noticed how powerful and useful agitation propaganda has become (hence everyone is outraged over something. And that emotion clouds their ability to see and think reasonably and logically), especially when the traditional and social media is pushing it. I've seen this sort of thing happen to people before, it runs it's course almost identically to addiction and can absolutely destroy lives.
