Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.While I don't think that falling is necessarily a sign that he cannot run a country - hell, I hope I can take stairs at that pace when I'm 80 - I was a little - let's say, non-plussed - that he looked at both soldiers and didn't return the salute.
But besides all that, it really doesn't matter what I or anyone else thinks about his mental or physical competency to run the nation because it's clear to anyone paying attention that things are being run "for Joe" and that the succession plan will occur when the Democrats are good and ready to implement it.
And then you'll have a President who couldn't earn a single delegate in the primary and a vice-President that lost to Trump in 2016.
