New variants have not been proven to be any more dangerous other than they defeat the current wu-flu jab which is why previous flu vaccines have failed miserably. The virus mutates by the time a specific strain is isolated and a tested vaccine can be approved.
Let the human immune system look after itself like it has since humans came down from the trees 3 million yrs ago. Isolate and care for those who are extremely ill, aged or otherwise comorbid
