It still baffles me people still honestly believe FL really had the worst response to Covid. A simple look at CDC data would show you how absolutely wrong you are. and i mean if you look at the relevant data not just the raw numbers. no shit they are going to have higher cases and deaths than some states given population. how about you click on the per capita button and damn if FL was shit show with out locking down and yet fall somewhere in the middle what does that mean for states with the most restrictions that are getting praised for their response but are at the top of the list. hell even using the raw data those states arent that far behind FL. Im not sure id go praising them overnthe numbers they choose to use either. Hell go praise Hawaii if raw data is all that matters but we can't do that, people arent that dumb yet to think a remote state actually had ana good response they are just too remote to have been effected but a Red state like FL absolutely the only reason they had so many deaths is because people didn’t wear masks and nit just because its a more populous state. and let’s not ask how a state with some of highest elderly population isnt doing the worst per capita in deaths from a virus that has a higher death rate in seniors. one might argue thats shows they are doing something right down there.
