Here’s a story to make the progrerssives squirm - Bill Cosby has been released after his sexual assault conviction was overturned In Pennsylvania.
The woke left has no Idea whether this is good or bad:
1 - Hurray!!! A black man finds justice in the systemically racist US courts
OR
2 - Unacceptable!!! - Women are again failing to find justice in the systemically misogynist US courts.
In 2018 Cosby was convicted on three counts of aggravated indecent assault related to an incident that happened 14 years earlier, and was serving a three-to-ten-year sentence. He’s already served nearly three years, but vowed never to express remorse because he felt he was, essentially, duped by the original prosecutor.
The state Supreme Court said Cosby cannot be retried on the same charges.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I have no idea whether Cosby is guilty or innocent. I do know that he did not REMOTELY receive a fair trial. And that was before I watched RazorFist's video where he discussed a half-dozen more details of how Cosby was completely railroaded. It's a little on the long side, but if you're like me, you'll be utterly stunned at the sheer amount of bullshit surrounding what was largely a show trial.
So you have to ask: is it beneficial to society that a man you think is guilty is found guilty via a gross miscarriage of justice? Think about the ramifications of that.

That’s a great question. I do believe Cosby is culpable, like so many powerful men, of exploiting and abusing women. Let’s also remember that he was convicted, not on legally admissible evidence, but on non-disclosable statements in an immunity agreement that was violated by the very men sworn to uphold justice. If the system righted this wrong — hardly the “technicality” being reported in the media — for any other black man, progressives would be dancing in the streets. But progressives have always hated Cosby.
In addition, Cosby was rushed into court in the fervour of the #MeToo moment. Public pressure precluded delivery of justice, because Cosby had already been convicted by the woke mob.
His case was similar to that of Derek Chauvin. Yes, he killed George Floyd; but the possibility of a fair trial simply didn’t exist for the ex-cop. Mitigating circumstances could not be seriously considered or evaluated because a guilty verdict was absolutely necessary to prevent America from burning. No justice, no peace!. This is not the way to bring badly needed reform the justice system.
He's guilty imo. No idea why he was let out. Actually I do know why. It's all .

He was released because of the profound stupidity of a District Attorney who obviously finished at the bottom of his law school class. People should be outraged with the DA, who was so hungry for a celebrity conviction, he decided to ignore the elementary rules of law.
It’s all moot anyway. Crosby already served three years of a 3 to ten sentence.
