For all those people out there that are labouring under the misconception that we won the cold war, I'm afraid I have some bad news, We lost. Yes we lost and it's entirely our own fault because we took our freedoms for granted and now they are rapidly disappearing and at this point I just don't see a road back. Legislatures in many countries across the English speaking world and Western Europe are openly talking about Covid Passports and rolling out other digital applications that are frighteningly similar to a Chinese style Social Credit System. Of course these things are presented under the framework of just encouraging better lifestyle choices and for healthy diets etc. to help the general populous and a large proportion of that general populous will swallow that explanation and comply to the governments directives as they have done all throughout the Covid fiasco. I remember telling as many people as were prepared to listen about the UN Compact on Migration or The Marrakesh Declaration as it became known but no-one bothered to read it. After all who's going to listen to some dumb old racist wittering on about immigration being too high and how it wasn't just a cock up but an actual plan to flood Western Europe, North America and Australasia with migrants from just about anywhere. Just another stupid conspiracy theory I'd picked up in the dark recesses of the internet "but it's the UN" I said, but no-one listened. I talked about the increasing pressure being placed on governments to alter hate speech legislation, again by international organisations such as the United Nations and the World Economic Forum. It should encompass religious minorities and gender identities. I told anyone who would listen that their complacency would result in decent people being imprisoned for simply having the wrong opinion and at this point people started actively avoiding me, after all I'd lost the plot right ? Then when laws started to appear threatening several years in jail if you expressed the wrong opinion in front of the wrong person "Hate Speech Legislation" they called it. I got "oh are you going on about that again" ? Understandably I got demoralised and decided to just sit back and watch it all unfold. After all the silent majority will rise up when they see what's going on. Then a dark cloud descended, I realised I'd just watched the silent majority capitulate to 15 months house arrest, Businesses destroyed, Trillions of pounds of Tax payers money flushed down the toilet, Mask Mandates, children kept out of school and thousands of totally preventable deaths and that silent majority. The cavalry I was relying on to come over the hill and save the day. They were still silent. Never mind Klaus Schwab says we'll own nothing but we'll be happy so everything is just fine in The Soviet Socialist Republic of North America, Western Europe and Australasia.
